1. The employer is making employees work in the office when remote work is not only possible but only half of the building is complying with. While they did develop a schedule for remote work, they email it then ask case managers to come in on those days verbally, so it looks like they are complying. They also even increased the work week by adding Saturday work hours on a rotating basis. 2. Food bank, housing, and behavioral health departments are all rotating in office days but clinic staff and case management department are all still coming in almost every day with very little or no physical barriers to separate work spaces. 3. They are not alerting employees when co-workers have tested positive, even when they are listed on the daily contacts as having exposure. 4. They have not ensured that all employees were trained on COVID-19 response protocols. For example, letting individuals who have failed their screenings enter the building, letting employees who know they have not passed their screening continue to enter because they were not sure what to do. 5. They do keep a record of daily screenings and contact tracing, but it means nothing when individuals who have tested positive in the building have reported that they have come in contact with someone, and are not being told of possible exposure.
