There have been claims of harm to dogs after eating DreamBone treats. A 2016 lawsuit against the company stated the product contains Sorbitol as the third ingredient, which is classified by the FDA, as an indigestible sugar alcohol. The suit was dismissed after the parties settled out of court.

My 5yo Australian Shepard was given one of these treats and started having diarrhea. My sister gave him another one a few days after, and now he has bloody stool with his diarrhea. We're tossing these and never buying spectrum brands after this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloody Stool
