There have been claims of harm to dogs after eating DreamBone treats. A 2016 lawsuit against the company stated the product contains Sorbitol as the third ingredient, which is classified by the FDA, as an indigestible sugar alcohol. The suit was dismissed after the parties settled out of court.

Two of our dogs started puking and severe diarrhea about 20 minutes after eating these sweet Potatoe treats. One dog recovered in about an hour, the 13 month old puppy had to go to the emergency vet. She had severe debrief from the bone in her belly and severe irritation.

We've been giving our Chiweenie-Min-Pin & Husky these DreamBone twists that we purchased at Target and both have diarrhea, the min-pin is really ill with very bloody stool & both have been vomiting. The little one is not well!
