I received a product called "SUBGENIX" I didn't order., Tampa, FL 33675, USA

Received an email stating my order was on the way. The e-mail was from: "support @mysterynutraclub. com" Emailed them but no answer. The charges at the Bank list the charge coming from "Secure/Pay 4252 BlueBonnet Dr. Stafford TXUS with no phone number.

House PO Box 5708 Tampa FL 33675-5708. Phone number on the bottle is 18006094174. Called & a Spanish speaking person answered & asked for English & they hung up. Tried again same result. I live in Kingston, PA. ANy Adv

It's in the same bottle as pictured in your website. Trying to find out how I can get a refund & to stop anymore coming if that's the case.

59.99. I have called the tel. # twice to cancel getting more. I will call my credit card company and ask that they don't allow and future charges from this company. I asked them to send a confirmation # and they said they would. That has not happened and now I see that others have also been scammed by them. I wondered if they had used AI to make it look like Kelly Clarkson.

called AfterShip & put in the tracking # & it showed when the label was created. currently trying to figure out which charge goes to this package if there is one. Please check your bank accounts!! If you need help finding the dates, download AfterShip (it’s FREE.) & type in the tracking # & it can show you when the label was created atleast so you have that sort of time frame to look for if they charged you!
