Desks cannot be moved the minimal 6 feet apart. 4. The check in desk that is not monitored has been moved to the lobby. 5. There is still no Plexiglas between desks. 6. There is no sign of sanitation wipes. 7. There is no process regarding an outbreak in the office. 8. The icebox still has what appears to look like mold. 9. No designated walk paths to keep workers apart from each other. 10. Employees told they do not have to wear masks at our desks, only in "common" areas such as the kitchen. This does not make them feel safe. The office is an open office layout because there are no cubical or strong barriers, but closed because employees cannot open any windows.

Preparedness and response plan not available to staff. 7. No Covid-19 trainings available. 8. No physical barriers. 9. High-touch surfaces (i.e. kitchen and copy machines) are without protocol. 10. Dedicated entry point is right next to a pod of 4 desks. 11. No response plan for confirmed infection in workplace. 12. Not restricting travel at all. 13. Have not adopted additional infection-control measures. 14. Not promoting remote work, not accommodating doctor's notes for pre-existing conditions (i.e. compromised immune system) and monitoring employee social media accounts for doing things outside the home.

Employees are not required to wear face coverings at their desks, even though employees are not situated at least 6 feet apart and cubicles are separated by porous sheets of cloth instead of tall, solid cubicle walls or plexiglass. The cloth partitions are short enough to see/cough/sneeze over. 3. All employees are using the same thermometers and pens to take and record their temperatures upon entry with no supervision. The company does not require that pens and thermometers are sanitized between uses, and employees can lie on their reports because no one is monitoring the entry process. 4. An intern who worked in the office had a confirmed case of COVID-19, and employees found out through a grapevine instead of a topdown email. Workers who were in the office with the infected intern were not required to get tested or quarantine for 14 days. 5. The company has not offered or required any training for COVID-19 workplace practices and protocols. Employees were not informed of a response plan in case of a confirmed infection in the office. 6. There are no rules for cleaning/sanitizing equipment or areas that many employees use such as copy machines, printers, kitchen counters, refrigerators, the toaster oven, and the ice machine. The office is still offering coffee from communal coffee makers to employees. The ice machine has black mold growing on the inside of the door, so it's obvious it is not cleaned regularly. Communal refrigerators contain old food and are still in use. 7. The company is not promoting remote work, and some supervisors are using returning to the office as a threat to employees and departments, implying disciplinary action if employees do not return to the office or saying they will require workers to return to the office when something doesn't go the way the supervisor wants.

I did not order the item I received. There is no name of the company to return it to and the item is pretty much useless as it has a British plug on it. A month ago my Visa was compromised with 15 charges attempted on it. I don’t know if these 2 things are connected but I’m thinking they are
