1. As the executive order states, employees are encouraged to work remotely unless they cannot. The employee jobs do no require them to be in the office and many employees do not feel safe to go in due the rise of Covid-19 cases. 2. Employees have been harassed by management and the office to come in regardless of their concerns for their health and safety; although they are getting work done perfectly fine remotely. 3. Desks cannot be moved the minimal 6 feet apart. 4. The check in desk that is not monitored has been moved to the lobby. 5. There is still no Plexiglas between desks. 6. There is no sign of sanitation wipes. 7. There is no process regarding an outbreak in the office. 8. The icebox still has what appears to look like mold. 9. No designated walk paths to keep workers apart from each other. 10. Employees told they do not have to wear masks at our desks, only in "common" areas such as the kitchen. This does not make them feel safe.
