I got two kebabs from the Swansea branch yesterday. I found a piece of raw chicken skin mixed in with the cooked meat after eating about a quarter of the meat! I have emailed & am waiting for a response!

Got it takeout tonight. Chicken tender felt cold, no big deal I’ll just put it in the air fryer. It happens in the takeout world. Wait that’s pretty flimsy. Oh it’s breaded raw chicken. Perfect. They apologized and offered a $20 gift card.

got a family dinner last night. 1 of the meals (chicken tenders) was under cooked very pink, so it wasn't eaten. Please make sure your cooks know raw chicken is a "no no".
