T8CCR 3203(c)(4) Within the last 3-4 weeks, 7 Employees have left on Covid-19 leave. 5 of these Employees have been confirmed Covid positive while the other 2 are still waiting their results. The company has done nothing to ensure the safety of rest of staff.

1. Server tested positive for COVID-19. Only selected coworkers were told to quarantine (4 including who tested positive). At least 5 more servers, as well as 3 managers, all worked in close contact with the server the day before they became ill. 2. Nobody was properly notified... See More of the possible exposure. 3. 1. Several employees (4 known as of 3/22/2021) have tested positive for COVID-19 and management has done nothing about it. Other employees were not notified of who tested positive/if they worked a shift with them (there is no way to stay 6 feet apart in the kitchen... See More of this facility, so anyone who worked the same shift as someone who tested positive had to have been exposed for more than 15 minutes). Management has not clearly notified employees about the positive cases within the restaurant. 2. The restaurant has not closed for a deep cleaning or closed at all. 3. Employees have been encouraged to not self-isolate, and to return to work even when their test results are pending, and are being discriminated against if they don't feel comfortable returning to work. 4. They have not contacted the health department about the issue.
