1. Server tested positive for COVID-19. Only selected coworkers were told to quarantine (4 including who tested positive). At least 5 more servers, as well as 3 managers, all worked in close contact with the server the day before they became ill. 2. Nobody was properly notified... See More of the possible exposure. 3.
