6 individuals at Kentucky Fried Chicken- Firestone in Weld county tested positive for Covid-19. The outbreak began on 3/29/2021
Several employees were exposed to a positive COVID-19 case. The employer tried forcing employees to work rather than letting them get tested. The store was never properly cleaned or sanitized after the exposure.

1. The employer did not close the store to ensure proper cleaning and disinfecting after receiving knowledge of an employee testing positive for COVID-19. 2. The employer does not conduct temperature checks prior to allowing employees to enter the workplace. 3. The employer does not have any... contact tracing procedures in place.

1. Employees are not provided with training on proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE); employer is not enforcing the use of facemask and face covering and gloves during working hours. 2.
