The person was in close proximity with several people, multiples times over the 2 days, and employees were not notified about the positive case and potential exposure. The positive employee was sitting with their mask off in their office with their door opened. (2) The office was not cleaned properly according to guidelines. The person that was positive was present in common areas for extended periods of time. And nothing in the office was cleaned. Since this issue, everyone was asked to report to the office, making it impossible to social distance.
