However, employee did not know if it was related to covid-19 or to allergies. - Employee called off on July 6, 2020 with symptoms of a headache and diarrhea believing it could be related to a day spend in the sun. - Corporate said asymptomatic employee could stay. - Employee was docked points for calling off July 6, 2020. Points do not accrue when a medical doctor orders employee to be off. - Employee was questioned about their past two weeks of activities. - Employee asked for and received a copy of her test results to take it to a doctor. To see her son, a retest was necessary. - MDHHS and the Benton Harbor Health Department told employee to inform everyone she had met.

One employee who was Covid-19 positive at the front desk was asked to leave; there was no communication by management for why this employee left. There was no sanitation of their workspace. Someone contacted the local health department to report the three cases of Covid-19. Signs were then posted and requests were being made for isolation equipment. PII told employees that there was nobody who was Covid-19 positive.
