Regulatory Report

2080 Washington Avenue, St. Joseph, 49085 Michigan, United States

1. In addition to mask and social distancing regulations being completely ignored, an employee who had tested positive for the corona virus was in the front of the store talking to the assistant manager, who openly lied about being medically exempt so that they would not have to wear a mask. The two were not observing social distancing. The store does not adhere to sanitation regulations, and the assistant manager comes into contact with every employee at the store nearly every day. 2. Chemicals are either unlabeled or improperly labeled, and no employee is trained to use them correctly; solutions are often improperly diluted (or not diluted at all) and chemicals which react to each other (such as bleach and ammonia) are kept side by side, with no warning or anything to indicate that they should not be mixed. The manager sometimes refuses to provide safety equipment such as gloves for us to use when handling chemicals that should not come into contact with the skin. 3. There are constant dangers of slipping and falling on wet floors, and the manager retaliates with punishment when incident reports are filed regarding an injury at work.

The “air purifier” I purchased is definitely not what was advertised when I purchased the item! The price was 2-4 times more than advertised on other sites and it is no where close to being capable of doing what it claimed online.
