1. Employees called back to work under conditions that are not right: no drinks on shop floor and hot working conditions. 2. The closest bathroom for some employee is a five-minute walk. 3. One set of bathrooms was closed because the drinking fountain was off, and the room is too small for social distancing. 4. No social distancing for the office employees. 5. Employees working alone must still wear a face covering.
