'- On July 7, 2020, an employee was tested for covid-19. On July 17, 2020, the employee was informed they had tested positive. The employee informed management of the positive test result and was told they do not have to get tested again here. - Employee was informed of the next step, which is to be sent home without pay, except when using vacation time or other approved leave. However, HR said employee can stay since it had been ten days following the test. - HR noted the employee had worked during their quarantine time and asked employee if they had symptoms. - Employee always has a cough, allergies, headache, and diarrhea. However, employee did not know if it was related to covid-19 or to allergies. - Employee called off on July 6, 2020 with symptoms of a headache and diarrhea believing it could be related to a day spend in the sun. - Corporate said asymptomatic employee could stay. - Employee was docked points for calling off July 6, 2020. Points do not accrue when a medical doctor orders employee to be off. - Employee was questioned about their past two weeks of activities. - Employee asked for and received a copy of her test results to take it to a doctor. To see her son, a retest was necessary. - MDHHS and the Benton Harbor Health Department told employee to inform everyone she had met.
