An employee had tested positive for Covid-19. There was talk among other employees that this individual was asymptomatic and was informed by management that no quarantine was needed. We went from monthly testing to weekly testing and there are now maybe three confirmed Covid-19 positive cases. On July 30, 2020, Covid-19 test results show that two employees and one resident are now positive. One employee who was Covid-19 positive at the front desk was asked to leave; there was no communication by management for why this employee left. There was no sanitation of their workspace. Someone contacted the local health department to report the three cases of Covid-19. Signs were then posted and requests were being made for isolation equipment.
