I ordered a small laptop on December 13th 2023. I received information that the orderwas placed. I received a track and trce code in chinese. After the Custom procedure it was delivered at my home address. No courrier was mentioned, no email, no nothing. They used the Company name of Amazon The email address of the vendor is: Kelly This is their answer: Dear customers, sorry for the trouble I'm sorry you didn't receive your package, it has indeed been delivered to your address, we would like to reimburse you 10% refund, we also lost the product and shipping cost that we shipped before, please understand If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us again. Sincerely, customer service center New answer: Dear customers, We apologize for the trouble caused to you.
