The employer did not ensure that wires and conduit running to cut out boxes or cabinets in proximity to the meat slicer and smoker are protected from abrasion and effectively closed, T8 CCR 2473.1(a). 2. The employer did not ensure that the electrical cable sheathing on the cord which runs to the smoker is repaired or replaced such that no insulation or conductor is exposed, T8 CCR 2500.25. 3. The employer did not ensure that the business is maintained, insofar as is practicable, to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents and other pests in the kitchen, near the dry storage and behind the RPF walling, T8 CCR 3362(f). 4. The employer did not ensure to stop any leaks resulting from the pilot light on the steam tables going out which exposes employees to dangerous gases, T8 CCR 3329(c). 5.
