Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, UPS Customer Center, 1050 W Bell Rd, Nogales, Arizona 85621, USA

1050 West Bell Road, Nogales, 85621 Arizona, United States

1. Exit signs located at the northside of the main building and southside of the new attached trailer are not maintained nor visible to employees.

2. The dock that is 4 feet or more has no fall protection.

3. An employee who was hospitalized was not reported to the Tucson ADOSH Office.

4. Employees (four) from the Nogales facility are being sent in individual car pools to the Tucson facility to work and then return to work at the Nogales facility. Employees who car pooling are not practicing social distancing, and the fact that Tucson has more COVID-19 cases than Santa Cruz County, there are concerns that those employees returning to work in Nogales may be exposing employees at the facility to the CCOVID-19, the Coronavirus.

No Package, Durham, North Carolina, USA

2 weeks ago reported by user-qcchx737

I ordered clothes from an Instagram add almost a month ago. The “tracking” given shows limited information and according to the tracking website it was delivered however I have yet to receive the package. The website has no phone number only an email address. I got a … See More
response from service@ risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support@ lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.
