I ordered clothes from an Instagram add almost a month ago. The “tracking” given shows limited information and according to the tracking website it was delivered however I have yet to receive the package. The website has no phone number only an email address. I got a response from service@ risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support@ lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.https: //risktic. com

immediately call your credit card and do a chargeback. They are playing a waiting game and will send you the wrong thing like a pack of toothbrushes or a scarf. You won't be able to chargeback after 30 days so do it NOW.
