I purchased a tool that is designed to assist in shutting of dashboard lights in the car ir don't work and I can't find order number and when we put the tracking number in they said it doesn't exist. Through USPS I I would like to know how I can find this information to receive a refund.

I received a package from Jerry Yasfbara on 3/15/26. It contains 2 wires and a plug in charger. I don't need or want it. I have no idea where they got my address from or if I have been charged for this. Or even who this is.

Where is my return label? I also received a package from Abby Adkins. I ordered a pair of Jelly Slippers from the Jelly Cat website and received a pair of slipper from China. I have been emailing the Jelly Cat site with no responce.
