1. Masonic Pathways has acknowledged the entire facility has been elevated "Under Precaution". In so doing the entire staff is at RISK due to lack of PPE. "Gowning Up. All 3 floors are under precaution and not enough PPE (I.E. gowns) for nursing and Cenas.

1. All employees are required to be working in the office 100% of the time. 2. The owner will not listen to anybody on the executive team who has advised that the establishment follow the OSHA COVID guidelines. 3. COVID guidelines are not being followed.
