1. Employees are required to eat lunch with their clients, who are often at risk, in a small space with 15-20 other people within 6 feet of each other for over 15 minutes without a mask. 2. Center uses broken thermometers that temp us at 93 degrees, and when someone has a fever they insist we check until it is under 100 which often takes 5 attempts 3. When people at center were infected with COVID employees were not warned for their exposure or told that someone in the center has COVID 4. Employees are expected to come in without getting tested after being exposed to COVID by an employee at the center 5. Clients with fevers are allowed to come into the center 6.
