1. Customers in the cosmetics & fragrances department do not consistently wear masks at all or properly or maintain adequate social distance from associates working in this department. 2. Associates cannot refuse to wait on customers that do not have face coverings or who are not wearing them properly and are sometimes verbally assaulted when they ask customers to put on face coverings. 3.
