'- The company has returned to business without following a safe reopening plan. - Covid-19 training was not provided before returning to work; employees were just given a paper to sign saying it was provided. Employees are unsure of proper covid-19 precautions and protocol. - Minimal masks are provided. - Social distancing is not being maintained in offices occupied by many employees. There are between 11 to 20 employees present in the Hillsdale building when no more than seven should be present. - Employees transport clients in vehicles without appropriate cleaning products and without PPE to clients. - Employees who show symptoms are harassed and told to report to work. - Working remotely is not permitted when able to do so.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-30
