1. Employees were assigned to 2nd floor with a new employee. We started cleaning rooms as directed by my supervisor. After cleaning residents room we were approached by a CENA informing us that the resident was "Positive COVID" resident. No precaution sign was posted at the door. This is not an isolated incident. It has happened before on other floors such as ABU. 2. Several employees requested proper PPE for ABU unit to management and were told that they don't have any PPE (M94 mask) to give out. Employees have made this request for a month now. COVID19 PPE requires employees to gown up (Long sleeve/like gowns) gloves, N94 "FITTED MASK" and feet boots. COVID wing has it's own ventilation system. General Floors require a non fitted mask only, and do not have ventilation.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-13
