It is alleged employees who were in close contact and exposed to the two employees with confirmed cases of COVID-19 were required to come to work as scheduled and not required to quarantine and/or get tested. 4. It is alleged employees wear facemasks; however, are not required to wear them properly over both their nose and mouth.
