The employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is not enforcing the use of face covers and social distancing. Management is telling employees to say they have been vaccinated to avoid using masks in the building.
