There have been claims of harm to dogs after eating DreamBone treats. A 2016 lawsuit against the company stated the product contains Sorbitol as the third ingredient, which is classified by the FDA, as an indigestible sugar alcohol. The suit was dismissed after the parties settled out of court.

Started vomitting 5 hours after eating full dream stick (11 lb Pomeranian). Was able to chew threw it in less than 2 minutes.
Continued vomitting and eventually had diarrhea almost 20 hours later. Has never reacted to a treat this way before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I bought the large pack of dreambones that do not contain rawhide. I gave them to my standard poodles yesterday. Today, two had severe constand diarhhea, one vomited and had loose stools, and one was just lethargic all day long. It had to be these treats.
