I've fed my dogs Dreambones of several varieties over the years, but over the last two weeks my Chihuahua mix has had intermittent inexplainable diarrhea & vomiting. The emergency vet had us give him anti nausea meds & follow a bland food diet, but slowly we brought back his usual foods including Dreambones & we have narrowed it down to them being the cause. I still don't understand why both dogs haven't been sick, but it's possibly only due to the size difference. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
