1. Server tested positive for COVID-19. Only selected coworkers were told to quarantine (4 including who tested positive). At least 5 more servers, as well as 3 managers, all worked in close contact with the server the day before they became ill. 2. Nobody was properly notified of the possible exposure. 3. All employees who were told to quarantine, except for one, have entered the building at least once during their time of quarantine. One employee was brought back to work before the full time had passed, which was approved by the general manager. 4.
