Employees working in the kitchen are wearing their mask below their chin, exposing their mouth and nose. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to staying home when showing symptoms of COVID-19. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees staying home after testing positive for COVID-19.
