1. The employer is not enforcing social distancing and mask wearing. Employees are wearing their masks improperly and not fully covering their mouths and noses. Management has been made aware of the issues and frequently tell employees to wear the masks properly. Even with these reminders many
employees continue to not fully cover their mouth and nose exposing their fellow employees to potential exposure to COVID-19. 2. At this time the employer is operating the restaurant above the state's capacity limit of 50% and operates at 70-80% on a regular basis exposing the employees for increased exposure to COVID-19.
