1. The office is able to work remotely but the President sent a text to the staff saying we will be working on-site after the Governor's directive to work from home if feasible. 2. There have been several instances where protocols have not been followed; lax face
coverings, groups of workers going to lunch together. 3. Employees who share workspaces with someone do not wipe down commonly touched surfaces when done like computer/phone. 4. An employee was diagnosed positive with COVID in September and employees were told to stay home for a week and not to disclose to anyone why they were working remotely that week. 5. During meetings, employees go inside a closed room and supervisors conduct the meetings with masks pulled down. 6. There have been two instances where people of high temperatures have come into the office; one a customer and one a child of a colleague. 7. Social distancing is not enforced. 8. People walk around forgetting their mask at their desks. 9. Employees also only have to take their temperature, sign their name, and date when they come in, the questionnaire is only reserved for visitors, employees were told to 'keep the questions in mind when they come in.' 10. There has been no training and no written procedure or protocol provided to any employees.
