Thousands of businesses and households throughout Dearborn and Dearborn Heights were left without power after the second thunderstorm in two weeks ripped through the area on July 26th. Across their system, DTE reported more than 100,000 customers without power after the storm passed.

1. The staff and the public was not notified concerning the positive COVID case at the facility. 2. The building was not sanitized, and business went on as normal after the positive case was confirmed. 3. Staff is allowed to wear their mask below their nose, on... See More their chin, or not at all. 4. Staff has not been made aware of any new protocols concerning COVID-19. 5. Guardians and patients allowed to enter the facility without a mask. 6. Staff is not required to screen or take their temperature before entering the facility. 7. Thermometers are accessible to young children who often grab them, bang them on the table or try to put in their mouth, plus the thermometers are not cleaned or sanitized after each use. 8. Staff not allowed enough time to wipe down tables, therapy materials, and door handles before the next patient is seen.
