But parcel came from U.S. The company that I purchased from is a scam, and trying to return product with no success, as site is a phishing site.I ordered some swimsuits from The Imbrattatele in the U.S. - Tempe, Arizona. I received the swimsuits AFTER my cruise (should have been received prior to), and now wish to return them for a refund as they do not fit correctly. When trying to access the company online, the website is reported as a phishing website, and when trying to send a notice to their support email address, the email is returned as undeliverable, so assuming that the website is now shut down.
I've tried several times to contact the vendor with no responses. The "support" email that was posted on one of my emails from them keeps being returned to me as "undeliverable". No responses from the website. So now what do I do?
The name of company "The Imbrattatele". It showed on my U.S. credit card as "the-imbrattatele*UK". I have saved messages, order confirmations, etc. Their customer care email address is "customertocare. They use this as their contact email address but I get no response after several attempts.
05/16 An update: Did contact my credit card provider, and because I received the product in the size I ordered (even though it doesn't fit properly), they cannot help me. They advised contacting the supplier - The Imbrattatele. Can't get a response from the supplier, so will be out the money paid
