This business serves food and alcohol. Two people have tested positive for COVID-19 and they have not followed CDC guidelines by closing to clean and disinfect the facilities. CDC guidelines have also stated that the employer must inform their staff of positive COVID-19 cases and upper management
has told lower management to NOT inform other employees. This is putting the rest of the staff at risk by being in close proximity of their coworkers and not properly taking precautions to ensure they do not get infected with the virus as well. This facility is not attempting to prevent the spread of the virus throughout their employees. This is putting employees lives and their loved ones lives at risk. This is not a safe environment for employees and customers during a global pandemic.
