I have been receiving packages from Fullfillment House, 192 14 Northern Blvd, Flyshing NY 11358 that I did NOT order. They come about every two weeks without an order form, receipt, or description, or even a bill. Inside white envelopes are containers of Keto Pure or Daily Detox

It is a scam. I'm guessing you entered a "contest" for some sort of giveaway - like a guitar from Sweetwater Music - and all of a sudden, you are receiving this crap. I had the same issue. I called their customer service number (855-634-1763) and I had to argue with them to cancel the "subscription" and fully refund my money. I suggest you do the same. Check your credit card charges. I'm sure you are getting charged.
My husband is receiving the same thing. Never ordered, no charges we can find on card.
I got the same package. But nothing came with in. In a white bag from Amazon
Look for a charge of $149.95. Look at any card that you may have used for an online purchase.
