I received a USPS package with tracking from Estella Rodriguez and item I did NOT order. Beneath the taped USPS, was my name and a tracking number from a company I ordered clothing, which I have not received. Obviously I have been scammed.
PURCHASED A PLANT STAND. ADVISED IT WAS ALREADY DELIVERED. THEIR SHIPPING WEBSITE SHOWED IT WAS DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT STREET SOMEWHERE ELSE. SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ARGUING THAT I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. FINALLY SENT A SCREEN SHOT SHOWING THEIR DELIVERY WAS WRONG ADDRESS. THEY ADVISED THEY WOULD SEND A SECOND SHIPMENT. I NEVER RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE SECOND SHIPMENT. AFTER A FEW WEEKS, I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTIONING DELIVERY STATUS AND WAS ADVISED THE SHIPMENT WAS LOST IN TRANSIT. I'VE REQUESTED FOR THEM TO REFUND ME, BUT THEY'RE ARGUING A PARTIAL REFUND. I'M STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND.

I experienced similar from same email except it was for a storage container and they offered half refund but I will only accept full refund or 3rd delivery...still haven't received any reply from there. It's been more than 2 weeks since my counter offer email. Initial online website was from Empaion.SCAM SCAM SCAM
I experience the same and still waiting on my refund as from 4th Nov I ordert my goods in August never came and never got refund
I'm currently fighting with them about the same situation. 2 shipments were "lost" and then a partial refund offer so they could cover shipping costs. I demanded full refund since they couldnt even tell me what delivery company they used. Now emailing weekly to try to get my full refund. 😒
