According to Liberty, crews will perform a scheduled outage starting at 4 a.m. It will last about two hours. The outage will allow Liberty to repair substation equipment. The outage is needed to ensure crew safety and prevent potential larger unplanned outages.

I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card company, and requested a replacement card, but I suspect this company knows more about credit card rules than the credit card company, or me. They must have to prove they shipped, other wise why spend the time and money to ship me a piece of junk!
