I ordered a large crate fr Amazon paid you $100 and I recieved a package of 1set ear plugs and a charging cord I paid you lot $100 supposingly for a large box from Amazon not two items. Send back my money now or I will contact every I can to sue you theieves

I ordered a mystery box for $50usd I had to pay $100Aus I received a headset that was broken and a cheap watch/ I’m 80yrs of age and I certainly didn’t want ear phones Especially ones that are broken I was so very disappointed how do I get a refund. I received a broken headset and a Chinese watch
