Strong winds knocked out power to thousands of people in Wayne County and Lackawanna County. According to PPL's outage map, there were 2,583 customers without power in Wayne County this number of affected customers decreased to 665 on Thursday afternoon, Feb 29.

I received a pkg with 2 sleep apnea chin straps that do not fit me. I looked at these on line but do not recall ordering them. There is no packing slip of any description.

I do look at them but have no record of actually ordering these.no packing slip.how do i return these.
