I purchased a product on Amazon.ca and received a wrong size. I started the Return process and the address that they provided in China was incomplete and Canada Post would not accept the package.
When I got home I looked at their shipping label and it was... See More despatched by SHUNGFGJ at 895 Meyerside Drive in Mississaga - L5T 1R8. I then googled this address and the building was for Lease. Amazon changed the way they do business, and they no longer have their chat line or a business number to notify them of this problem. On Amazon they go by VISALY Brand and will find many different types of clothing yet they do not have a valid address for their returns. See Less

They delivered my package in a wrong apartment. My management in my apartment said no one returned a lost package and in the delivery photo I can see that the carpet and the door to my apartment is completely different.
