Over 6,000 Trinity Public Utilities District (PUD) customers are without power due to winter weather. The map shows outages affecting customers in areas near Douglas City, Hayfork, Junction City, Lewiston and Weaverville. Over 1,100 customers lost power near Lewiston at around 7:40 a.m. on Wed., March 8. Then, at 7:55 a.m. the next morning, over 400 customers lost power near Douglas City, followed by almost 3,000 customers near Weaverville at 10:08 a.m. and over 1,400 near Hayfork just after 4 p.m.
