I ordered a couple of Macbooks and an iPhone from Amazon via Facebook and just realised I’ve been scammed as nothing has been delivered. The address that is on my bank statement is-

Non delivery ACGenie units, New Plymouth, New Zealand

I ordered two ACGenie units on January 1 2024 and paid by Visa. So far, nothing has been delivered and although the outlet continues to advertise the deal there is no way to contact them. A scam? I am a journalist, so looks like a good investigative story here.

the real company that didn’t even know some one has organised an identical website to them and scamming people. No wonder why people are so reluctant to trust anyone and anything from these countries.
The actual company. They said it’s fake. So I got my bank to freeze my bank card. Actual company didn’t even know some one has an identical website st up to scam people. This is the actual website aus.lounge.com        And this is the fake one www.loungeunderwearnz.com
