and they refused because a free cancellation was expected to be absent. I tried to negotiate because the error came from the site itself, which is confusing and I couldn't imagine that they were two different hotels on the site. My card was charged anyway, an amount of R$14,000.00, about two thousand pounds. I found that the company violated its obligations of objective good faith and loyalty in the negotiation, as my cancellation request was made on the same day and two months before the stay. Anyway, I made the payment and didn't stay there. I considered that they might have understood my situation, not least because the site was not clear, which led me to an involuntary mistake. The record is of my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided.

I placed 7 orders in November for Christmas gifts, I didn't receive any of them, I didn't have any response and the page was closed. Absurd, the tracking number information as delivered, but I didn't receive it and I have nowhere to ask for a refund.

for me the take 39 dollars, looking at reviews, many others have been scammed by these people too I just retried the tracking number on their site and they claim it was delivered 18 days ago, it was not, I have not received anything from them. I will enclose this in another pic
