There was a power outage on the east end of Cook County Monday night, according to officials from Arrowhead Electric. The power outage was impacting properties from Hovland to Grand Portage, including sections of the Arrowhead Trail. The outage occurred after a power line was struck near the east end of the North Road, according to Arrowhead officials.The outage was expected to last until approximately 9 p.m.
