While employees are on break, they are close together without face coverings. All employees go on break at the same time and there are only a couple options for locations, the break room or a small canopy that's been set up outside. There's more people taking breaks than the space allows. Instance 3: There is only one time clock, and employees congregate at shift change times without maintaining social distancing.
