I open my mail box and find a package with a California address and directed to myself. Once I opened it I find a ring inside a red box, like the jewelry store. The scam here is that inside an envelope is a card of certificate of authentic and ask you to go to a website to REGISTER or scan a QR. Once in the website will ask you all your personal information. Do not fall for it.
