Just received package of what looks like some kind of hanging device. I did not order this. From 21460 yellow brick rd walnut CA 91789. I don’t see a company name. I want refund if they charged me without my permission.

It appears to be tea. 2 boxes with only Chinese writing, so I'm not sure.
