Two days ago, I went to Jamba at 510 Robinson Ave, San Diego, CA 92103 and ordered a smoothie, but minutes later was told the store was out of several ingredients and couldn't make it after all. I asked if there were any alternate ingredients to make something similar to the protein smoothie I'd ordered, but the two guys working there stared at me blankly. Because they didn't seem capable of helping me get something similar or suggesting anything relevant, I asked for a refund. One of the guys said he'd eventually tell the manager to refund me and that I'd receive it in "around three business days." I asked how I'd have proof that I needed a refund and again, all I got were blank stares. I left the store feeling uneasy and unsure if I'm just going to be out the money for something I never received. I got no indication of how to reach store mgmt or customer services and overall, I think it's irresponsible to burden the customer with trying to resolve a store error.
