Safety Report: Hôtel CLERMONT LONDON, Londres, Reino Unido

I made a reservation at the Clermont Hotel in London, and a few minutes after receiving the confirmation email, I verified that I had made the reservation at the location other than where I intended to stay. I immediately contacted them asking for cancellation, the same day, and they refused because a free cancellation was expected to be absent. I tried to negotiate because the error came from the site itself, which is confusing and I couldn't imagine that they were two different hotels on the site. My card was charged anyway, an amount of R$14,000.00, about two thousand pounds. I found that the company violated its obligations of objective good faith and loyalty in the negotiation, as my cancellation request was made on the same day and two months before the stay. Anyway, I made the payment and didn't stay there. I considered that they might have understood my situation, not least because the site was not clear, which led me to an involuntary mistake. The record is of my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided.
